carta factorem

carta factorem is a process for communally developing a regional map for a group game.  It can be used prior to beginning a game or at any point where a new region is being entered (or when a change in the scale of the primary region for the game takes place). This process is designed to help create a map with locations that both directly connect to the characters in the game, and can easily be used to launch stories and events.

carta factorem is MOSAIC-strict and CERAMIC-strict.

It was created for the CERAMIC game jam, which encouraged me to finally make this a separate system that can be applied to all manner of games.
